REFUND POLICY

iTechbrigade has separate refund policies based on the type of Plan purchased.


Subscription Plan Refund

In case of Subscription Plans, refund requests will be honored if our technicians are unable to resolve any of the issues within the first 30 days of the subscription. If iTechbrigade successfully resolves one or more issues, the Subscription Plan fees are not refundable. Notwithstanding the above mentioned condition, iTechbrigade may, at its sole discretion and on a case to case basis, agree to a refund the Subscription fees after deducting charges for providing service to the Customer.

Incident Plan Refund

The fees for Incident based plans will be refunded if any of the following conditions are fulfilled:

• Within 15 days since the issue was last worked upon by an iTechbrigade technician, issue was still not resolved despite you having all the prerequisites of problem resolution.
• The issue is beyond the scope of the particular plan.


"Changes to Refund Policy"

iTechbrigade reserves the right, at any time and without notice, to update or otherwise modify this Refund Policy by posting such update or other modification at the Refund Policy page on the Website. Any update or other modification shall be effective immediately upon such posting, or on a date as mentioned in the notification of such update or modification. Accordingly, we suggest you to visit the Refund Policy page periodically to determine any changes.
